About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Stager to join our dynamic realty team. If you have a strong eye for design and experience in home staging, this is a great opportunity to contribute your skills and grow within a supportive, fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with our Lead Stager to prepare homes for listing, ensuring they are beautifully styled and market-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Staging Plans: Assist with staging homes based on curated design plans to reflect the team’s aesthetic and maximize visual appeal.
- Furniture & Décor Placement: Arrange furniture, art, and accessories to highlight each home’s best features.
- Inventory Support: Help manage staging inventory, ensuring items are available, transported, and properly stored post-installation.
- Setup & Breakdown: Load, unload, and install staging materials efficiently while maintaining high standards.
- Collaborate with Team: Partner with the Lead Stager and team to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain Quality: Keep all items clean, in excellent condition, and presentation-ready.
- Problem Solve On-Site: Tackle last-minute challenges while preserving the design vision.
- Professional Presence: Represent the team positively in all interactions with clients, agents, and vendors.
Qualifications
Required:
- 1 years of experience in home staging, interior design, or a related field
- Strong sense of design and spatial layout
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move staging materials
- Reliable time management and ability to work under deadlines
- Team-oriented with a can-do attitude and strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility for local travel and shifting schedules
Preferred:
- Experience staging homes for real estate listings
- Background in interior design, visual merchandising, or real estate
- Familiarity with inventory logistics and organization
Work Environment
- On-site at various residential properties
- Physical role with lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with occasional schedule changes

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
