Supports the digital marketing strategy by implementing programs and tactics to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote an online presence. Works on a variety of digital marketing and sales initiatives of limited complexity in a support role. Develops, curates, and deploys compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales. Collects and analyzes statistics to identify trends and best practices to optimize digital marketing performance. Gains familiarity with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem and a general understanding of how to leverage specific Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms to create, maintain, and grow digital omni-channel marketing and sales efforts.
JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Provide insightful reports and tracking of all assigned marketing programs, campaigns, and activities.
a. Conduct market research to inform campaigns.
b. Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to improve digital marketing campaign efficiency.
c. Utilize data to create and guide digital sales strategies.
2 Coordinate with team members to execute omni-channel digital marketing and sales strategies.
a. Coordinate with team members to implement omni-channel marketing and sales journeys utilizing various Marketing Cloud platforms and tools.
b. Manage projects and communicate progress via project management platform.
c. Follow regular review and evaluation schedule to ensure that assigned marketing initiatives are current, accurate, and effective.
3 Support sales efforts and promote the adoption of credit union products and services.
a. Support the implementation of nurturing and engagement campaigns designed to effectively move prospects through the digital sales funnel with the goal of product and service conversion.
b. Support lead management and fulfillment efforts via Salesforce and other platforms.
c. Support end-to-end attribution and tracking initiatives.
d. Support efforts to grow database of prospects within the sales pipeline.
4 Safeguard data and provide reports and tracking as assigned.
a. Support maintenance of CRM & Sales platform database integrity and data hygiene.
b. Vigilantly safeguard sensitive data by following credit union policy and industry best practices.
5 Support associated sales and digital marketing functions.
a. Gain functional knowledge of all automations, platforms, campaigns, and processes.
c. Become familiar with relevant laws, policies, practices, and guidelines for all associated platforms and processes.
d. Assist in proofing and editing marketing and sales content with acute attention to detail.
6 Responsible for related duties as required or assigned.
a. Assist team members in assigned sales and digital marketing programs, campaigns, and activities with positivity, creativity, and a disciplined work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
EXPERIENCE: Prior digital marketing and/or sales experience helpful but not required.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: Basic understanding of general marketing industry principles helpful but not required.
Proficient writing and proofing skills with attention to detail required.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to deal with a variety of variables under only limited standardization.
MATHEMATICS ABILITY: Ability to compute simple ratios, percentages, rates of change, proportions etc.
LANGUAGE ABILITY: Ability to read a variety of books, instruction manuals, and online resources and to prepare memos, reports, and essays using proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar.
