Head Housekeeper – Vacation Rentals
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Head Housekeeper to join our vacation rental team. This hands-on role includes cleaning and inspecting homes, creating housekeeping and inspection schedules, and serving as a point of contact for our housekeeping team in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and inspect vacation rental properties to company standards
- Assist with creating and adjusting housekeeping and inspection schedules
- Support and communicate with field housekeepers to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate regularly with upper management and the guest services department
- Report maintenance or inventory issues as needed
- Assisting in treating hot tubs when necessary (will be trained) and coordinating other team members to treat when help is needed
This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well with multiple departments. It is part-time (30–40 hours per week), with some flexibility based on occupancy levels.
Must be 18 years old, have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation, be able to drive in inclement weather such as rain or snow, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, pass a background check, and have flexible and open availability.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
