Join Love Your Bath LLC, a premier bath and shower remodeling company specializing in custom solutions expertly installed in as little as one day. We are seeking motivated Call Center Reps/Appointment Specialists to schedule in-home design consultations for homeowners who have already expressed interest in our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact interested homeowners to schedule free consultations.
• Follow provided scripts to ensure accurate and timely scheduling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle inbound/outbound calls.
• Accurately enter data into the CRM. (LeadPerfection software preferred)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Must have high volume call center experience
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid computer skills and willingness to learn new programs.
• Ability to work alternating Saturdays and Sundays.
• Team player with a goal-oriented mindset.

Call Center Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8 AM - 8 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 9 AM - 6 PM (alternating shifts)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
