Compensation: This job starts at $18/ hr plus bonuses.
The Role: As a Field Marketer for Love Your Bath, you will be our enthusiastic representative within several high-traffic big box stores AND Home Shows! Your mission is to captivate customers' interest, generate quality leads, and embody the premium nature of the Jacuzzi brand through excellent customer interaction and knowledge of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with a diverse customer base to introduce the benefits of Jacuzzi® products and Love Your Bath’s remodeling services.
- Generate leads by collecting customer details for follow-up on their bathroom remodeling interests.
- Convey the unique selling points of our products with enthusiasm and accuracy.
- Ensure our promotional booth is a standout feature, reflecting the quality of the Jacuzzi brand.
- Liaise with big box store staff to foster a cooperative relationship and maintain a seamless customer experience.
- Keep records of customer interactions, feedback, and the effectiveness of different lead generation strategies.
- Responsible for meeting predetermined performance goals for each show as well as other KPIs
Requirements:
- Part Time Hours
- Must be 18 years of age
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable personality.
- Proven track record in sales or promotional events, preferably in home improvement or similar industries.
- Must have a smart phone to set appointments.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- Self-driven individual that thrives on the idea of creating your own destiny!
- Eagerness to learn and become a knowledgeable advocate for our products and services.
- Availability to work variable hours, primarily on weekends or peak shopping times.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
- Must have reliable transportation to/from job site to preform duties.
