The Position
This is a 1-Call Close role, and we’re looking for absolute hustlers—people who know how to talk to customers, get them to say “yes,” and get the deal done.

No excuses. No hand-holding. No waiting around. Just you taking ownership, hitting goals, and closing the sale on the spot.

You’ll be in people’s homes, making the sale, and walking away with commissions that will put you in the six-figure club if you’re willing to do the work.

We train you to succeed, but it’s up to you to show up with the skills, attitude, and drive to crush it.

What You’ll Do

• Own your territory. Manage your leads, take control of your sales, and close the deal.
• One call, one close. You’re not here to play games—when you meet with a potential client, you’re there to seal the deal.
• Push yourself to be the best. Consistently hit sales targets and crush monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
