GENERAL DUTIES AND PROFIENCIES:
Provided below is a list of specific tasks performed by the Director of Marketing:
· Make Customers, Staff and Vendors Happy and Spread the Love
· Responsible for overall development and execution of company-wide marketing strategy and public relations activities
· Have a strong sense of urgency to keep up with our fast-growing culture
· Work closely with sales and production team(s) to develop, implement and execute strategies to promote high level of customer experience and measure effectiveness
· Exceed company set goals for department
· Serve as trusted member of executive management team reporting to COO directly
· Role model company values and mission
Leadership of staff
· Manage, lead and develop front line management team to exceed metrics
· Develop staff to be to reach their highest potential
· Ensure pipeline of talent in department and development of at least one person on bench at all times per unit.
· Motivate your team to be and stay productive
· Successfully persuade behavior and performance while encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
· Clearly define team and individual performance standards and provide adequate feedback and direction necessary and hold team, managers, and individuals accountable.
· Keep your team in the loop – on products, polices, and new skills
· Create a balanced environment that makes the department fun, high energy, and positive in order to drive and maintain results
Sales and Marketing
· Manage/oversee all marketing activities.
· Create new and creative marketing outlets for effective lead generation
· Support and maintain an effective flow of leads for sales department
· Continually improve and utilize creative ways to contact and convert current leads within database
· Drive the execution of multiple content development initiatives through various channels
· Create, implement and evolve integrated solutions for CRM, Mobile, Social and Loyalty
· Lead strategy on emerging digital business models and technologies, articulating the digital future and the organization's role in it internally and externally
· Correctly identify, utilize and mentor defined methods for marketing.
· Develop and maintain positive profit producing agency and vendor relations
· Continuously monitor TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) compliance
· Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
· Manage marketing budget
Call Center Oversight
· Collaborate closely with Call Center leadership to ensure seamless lead flow and alignment between marketing and appointment-setting
· Develop scripts, messaging, and performance standards aligned with marketing campaigns
· Monitor call center KPIs related to marketing, including lead conversion rate, contact rate, and appointment set rate
· Ensure call center scripting and processes are compliant with all TCPA requirements
Liaison with Leadership
· Work with Exec team on marketing and company-wide strategic and tactical objectives
· Communicate problems or trends proactively with executive management
Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring
· Continually monitor, analyze and measure department results and adjust as needed to increase efficiency
· Provide all needed budgets and plans
· Develop plans to increase performance of all marketing
· Optimize media and media mix
· Develop proactive tracking measures for all media
Personal Development
· Increase knowledge of marketing, media strategies and the industry
· Develop as a leader and person
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The Director of Marketing will work in the field and in the office; Travel to other offices will be required along with national travel and schedule may include nights and weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
