Position Details:
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday (Day Shift)
- 8-hour shifts (Hours may vary based on workload)
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment, ensuring products are handled with care.
- Freight Verification:
- Inbound: Check incoming shipments for accuracy, ensuring no missing or damaged items.
- Outbound: Confirm all orders are correctly packed, labeled, and ready for shipment.
- Pallet Building & LTL Shipping:
- Build and wrap pallets securely for Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipping.
- Ensure freight classification accuracy to avoid extra fees.
- Coordinate with carriers to arrange timely pickups and track shipments.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular counts and track shipments using ShipStation to maintain stock accuracy.
- Work in Temperature-Controlled Environments: Adapt to conditions from -5°F (freezer) to 100°F (outdoor loading dock).
- Safety & Teamwork: Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a clean, organized warehouse.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 8-45 lbs throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and freight calculations
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
- Forklift experience & LTL shipping knowledge are a plus
