We’re looking for a Mixing & Blending Operator to join our organic, non-dairy yogurt production team in Ogden, UT. This hands-on role is responsible for accurately blending ingredients, operating mixing equipment, and ensuring consistency in our plant-based probiotic yogurt.

Your Responsibilities:
* Measure & Weigh Ingredients – Accurately measure coconut milk, probiotics, natural sweeteners, and stabilizers to follow strict recipes.
* Blend Ingredients – Operate industrial mixers and blending equipment to ensure smooth, consistent yogurt bases.
* Monitor Mixing & Fermentation – Track temperature, pH levels, and mixing times to maintain product quality.
* Ensure Quality Standards – Conduct in-process checks for consistency, flavor, and texture of our organic non-dairy yogurt.
* Sanitize Equipment – Follow HACCP and GMP protocols for cleaning and maintaining mixing tanks, blenders, and utensils.
* Troubleshoot Issues – Identify and correct minor equipment malfunctions or inconsistencies in the blending process.
*Maintain Inventory & Batch Records – Track raw ingredients, record batch data, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in food production – Preferably in plant-based, organic, or dairy-alternative food manufacturing.
✔ Ingredient Blending & Mixing Experience – Understanding of food mixing, batch processing, and fermentation techniques.
✔ Food Safety Knowledge – Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and OSHA safety regulations.
✔ Mechanical Aptitude – Ability to operate and troubleshoot mixing and blending machinery.
✔ Attention to Detail – Ensuring accurate measurements, smooth blending, and high-quality yogurt production.
✔ Physical Stamina – Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday (Day & Evening Shifts Available)
