Overview
Looking for a male staff.
Should have CPI training (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
Should have Eight hours Training
Should have CPR/ First aid Training
Should be Med Certified
Client is 5 foot 10 inches tall, stocky and strong. He does best with males or individuals who match his height and size. Staff working with him must have formal training in crisis intervention that includes physical holds and de-escalation strategies, must be willing to complete behavior strategies, documentation including Unapproved Behavior Support/UIR’s, etc. His targeted behaviors include property destruction, elopement, he will strip off his clothes, urinate/defecate anyplace, try and get any food/liquids and will physically push/shove/move others out of the way to get to food/liquids. He will try and eat objects/items that are not to be eaten.
Client needs someone who can and is willing to be physically active such as taking long walks, jumping activities, dancing, etc. He must be supervised and assisted with his frequent restroom schedule. He needs constant eyes on him in order maintain his and others’ safety.
Client has a sweet personality, a great smile and can be a joy to be around. A staff willing to meet all his needs would be a great benefit to him.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
