Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead semi-personal classes (1:6 ratio) in weightlifting HIIT classes
- Educate and motivate clients on proper exercise techniques and form
- Design personalized fitness programs for individuals based on their goals and abilities
- Conduct fitness assessments to track progress and set new goals
- Assist in gym operations including equipment maintenance and cleanliness
- Attend events and retreats
Skills
- Proficiency in weightlifting, group fitness, and gym operations
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology
- Experience in personal training and program design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
Qualifications
- Recommend but not required: personal training Certificate
- Experience in teaching fitness classes
- Proficiency in designing fitness programs
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Background in personal training
- Additional certifications in weightlifting, stretching, muscles recovery, yoga, would be a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
