- Lovelace Health System includes six hospitals, 51 healthcare clinics, and seven outpatient therapy clinics, with 619 inpatient beds, and employs a team of more than 3,400, including more than 263 healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, timely, and creative solutions to end-user computer problems of a moderate nature to ensure end-user productivity.
- Performs restorative and maintenance actions either remotely or at the end user's location to resolve problems using basic troubleshooting and technical skills.
- Performs general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment located throughout the enterprise.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- One (1) year experience in Information Systems / Network Administration.
- Experience with Windows 2000 Server and Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange Server 2000 Administration Skills
- Hardware knowledge and experience in installing and replacing computer peripherals.
Working knowledge of Ethernet networks, Server and PC hardware, network printers, Microsoft Office
2000, Exchange 2000, Active Directory, WINS, DNS and DHCP.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent technical training
- MCP certification
