Lovelace Medical Center (LMC), in the heart of Albuquerque, is an acute care hospital providing comprehensive care, including around-the-clock emergency care, surgical services, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, stroke care, radiology and oncology services, including the states only Gamma Knife Center for non-invasive radiologic brain surgery. LMC has 263 licensed beds.
The Heart Hospital of New Mexico at Lovelace Medical Center is New Mexicos only hospital dedicated exclusively to cardiovascular care, including the states only facility performing left ventricular aortic device (LVAD) implant and a state-of-the-art hybrid operating room.
Job Overview :
We are currently recruiting for a dynamic leader to join Lovelace Medical Center as the Chief Operating Officer .
As a member of the senior management team, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) will actively participate in strategic, operational, and financial decision-making. The COO will work closely with the CEO in all aspects of hospital management, site coordination, and organizational integration activities to ensure achievement of adopted goals and strategies. The COO will have an active role in establishing systems and organizational structure to support the overall vision and strategic direction of the organization as well as assessing and identifying operational strategies, performance metrics, and financial opportunities to execute.
