Job Summary
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and managing staff assigned to their charge. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing practice, including patient care and staff management.
- Serve as a Charge Nurse, overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Adhere to policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and patient safety.
Requirements
- Minimum: Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid NM Nursing license or compact license within 90 days of hire, and BLS certification.
- Possibly ACLS and PAL certifications required by hiring department.
Preferred Qualifications
- Desired: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Preferred: Two years of experience in specialty and two years of general nursing experience.
