Lovelace UNM Rehabilitation Hospital includes state-of-the-art rehabilitation services for patients recovering from health care conditions. It is the only rehabilitation hospital in the state accredited in six programs by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.

Responsibilities :
The Therapy Manager oversees multiple clinic locations across Albuquerque and Santa Fe.
Manages and administers strategic, operational, fiscal and personnel activities for LHS Therapy Services Department.
Prepares and manages budgets, staff, and productivity.
Ensures quality services are provided through daily operations.
Maintains all regulatory requirements for the development and implementation of policy, procedures and security protocols for pharmacy drugs and supplies.
Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Qualifications : Job Requirements :
Bachelors in Physical or Occupational Therapy or Master's in Speech Therapy
Four (4) years of rehabilitation experience
Three (3) years of supervisor experience
Current NM License in Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy
