Responsibilities
- Performs a wide range of advanced, technical, journeyman-level preventive maintenance and repairs for assigned facilities and/or departments including plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilating, and/or air conditioning services.
- May be required to perform licensed trades tasks, such as a light equipment operator, carpenter, painter, and/or locksmith.
- Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) or more years of related experience
- NM Journeyman license in either construction or some type of certificate of training in the trades field
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Technical and/or Vocational Training in a related field of study
