- Lovelace Women’s Hospital is a 53-bed advanced neonatal intensive care unit, family care unit, an award-winning breast care center and the first robotic surgery program in the state recognized as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by Surgical Review Corporation.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and provide services and resources to an individual/family necessary to develop and facilitate a personalized intervention plan based upon barriers and health care issues identified through telephonic and/or on-site screening process. Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma
- Bilingual-English/Spanish Medical terminology
- One (1) -Three (3) years of recent related experience
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Associate degree or Degree from an Accredited College.
