- Position: Speech-language Pathologist - PRN.
- Reports to: VP of Clinical Services.
- Employment Term: PRN Employment.
- Degree in Speech and Language Pathology.
- Active State license required in good standing.
- Knowledge of Speech Therapy theory, procedures, practices, and equipment.
- Good communication skills. A proactive, positive approach to problem-solving.
- Thorough knowledge of possible hazards/necessary precautions/remedial measures in the treatment and care of clients.
- Ability to assess and implement treatment programs for simple and complex therapy diagnoses.
- Fully adhere to the Loveland Center's Code of Ethics and Core Values.
- Perform evaluations to identify therapy needs and develop specific treatment programs based on those needs.
- Communicate the speech therapy POC with clients, their families, and other clinicians.
- Practices efficient use and selection of supplies and equipment.
- Demonstrates an awareness of legal issues, patient rights, and compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills; ability to read/comprehend written instructions; ability to follow verbal instructions.
