Summary
As a Bartender, reporting to the Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service in the preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and bar food items to our guests. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing bar inventory while on shift and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities.
Essential Functions
- Welcome and greet guests and interact with them to make recommendations, take orders, serve food and drinks and provide a pleasant drinking experience for every guest.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in all bar areas while adhering to all health department and Loveland food and alcohol safety, service and cleanliness standards.
- Verify guests’ identification and confirm their legal drinking status while complying with all state, local and company alcohol service regulations.
- Accurately portion alcoholic beverages, restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, open and maintain guest tabs throughout shift and accurately collect and process payment transactions.
- Complete all bar opening and closing duties, and any other duties as assigned.
