Job Title: Terrain Park Attendant
Type of Position: Full-time, Seasonal
Schedule: 4 days/week, includes weekends/holidays, includes days and some night shifts
Pay: $20.00/hr.

Summary
Performs a variety of duties involved with operating and maintaining a terrain park, including managing terrain park features and providing safety instruction to guests and users. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities.
Essential Functions
- Manages terrain park features and provides safety instruction to guests and users.
- Maintains, operates, and inspects terrain park features, which may include, rails, jibs, and other features.
- Responsible for up-keep of fences and signage.
- Instructs guests on proper use of the features in the park.
- Maintains terrain park so that it is orderly and groomed.
- Responds to and reports emergencies and accidents following proper procedures.
- Makes small repairs to features in the terrain park. Assists with special events hosted in the terrain park.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school education or GED.
- Previous experience in a Terrain Park at a ski area is preferred.
- Must have the ability to test features built in the terrain parks.
- Ability to approach others in a tactful manner, reacting well under pressure, treating others with respect and consideration.
Physical demands
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to ski or snowboard, walk and/or climb; to use their hands and fingers to feel, grab, and handle; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and talk or hear.
- The employee is required to rake, shovel, or engage in other heavy labor, stand and stoop, kneel and crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
