Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable licensed Personal Lines Executive with a minimum of 2 years experience to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, a comprehensive understanding of personal lines auto, home, and umbrella policies and knowledge of RMV procedures and forms. We are an agency with a small staff providing outstanding service while working cooperatively in a friendly, positive and supportive environment.
Duties
- Provide advice on various personal lines insurance products, including auto, home, and umbrella to clients.
- Assist with all duties in servicing accounts including sharing in answering phones, taking walk-in clients, processing endorsements, payments, reviewing renewals, quoting and writing new business including remarketing with our other carriers as needed.
- Qualifications
- MA Personal Lines Producer Insurance License
- Minimum 2 years experience with personal lines
- Strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
