Experience Required: 3-4 Years of combined Kitchen Experience

Shift Availability: Thursday - Saturdays currently, Sundays to be added in the coming weeks.

Position Overview: The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must possess a high level of energy and self-motivation paired with the ability in the organization, cleanliness, time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items to order.
• Follow established recipes and guidelines for consistency in taste and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking ingredients as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Assist with daily prep tasks to ensure a smooth service.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen, experience working griddle/grill is a HUGE plus.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be able to work Evenings and Weekends
• A passion for creating delicious food and a dedication to quality.

This position is currently part time (20-25 hrs per week)
