Retail Sales position available – Become a Romance Specialist!
Lover's Lane, the Ultimate Store for Couples is hiring a Part Time Keyholder for our retail store(s).
Take pleasure in helping customers shop for sensuous lingerie, romantic gifts and bedroom essentials-combining your retail sales skills with our in-depth product knowledge.
Our Keyholders are responsible for:
- Greeting and attending to customers on the selling floor
- Providing excellent customer service
- Retail sales of the company's products using advanced product knowledge & training received on the job
- Working as part of a sales team to achieve individual and store sales quotas
- Opening & Closing the Store
- Act as Assistant Manager when Manager is not present
- Representing the company in a professional manner
The ideal candidate:
- Should have previous Retail Sales experience (3 years preferred)
- Should have previous Assistant Manager experience (1 year preferred)
- Is timely and responsible
- Possesses great communication skills
Keyholder candidates must:
- Be 18 or older to apply
- Have a valid driver's license
- Open shift availability
- Have a high school diploma or GED

Pay: $16.50 Per Hour Commission (Paid weekly)

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Supervising Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Retail Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
- Cash Handling: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
