Role Overview:
Due to employee promotion, we have an immediate need for additional, highly-motivated individuals to add to our sales team.
As a Luxury Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing an extraordinary customer experience from initial inquiry to the final sale. Your expertise in luxury vehicles, along with your passion for automotive excellence, will help you build strong relationships and drive sales performance.
Compensation:
$65,000 to in excess of $125,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients both in-person and virtually, providing a tailored, high-touch sales experience
- Educate clients about the luxury automotive market and the features, benefits, and specifications of our premium vehicles
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable vehicles
- Demonstrate product knowledge and keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and luxury car models
- Manage the full sales cycle, including follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their loyalty to the brand
- Work collaboratively with the service and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in luxury or high-end automotive sales, with a strong understanding of the luxury vehicle market
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to build relationships with affluent clientele
- Passion for cars and a deep knowledge of luxury automotive brands and features
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
