- This position will be Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Employees will get the option to have a hybrid work schedule (i.e. some workdays will be in-office and some workdays can be remote / work from home).
BASIC PURPOSE : The primary purpose of this position is to index, audit and process payables invoices for Love’s Truck Care locations. This position is also responsible for researching invoice payments, lost checks, past due invoices, corporate statements for tire care suppliers and assisting Love’s store managers and district managers with truck care related P&L questions and corrections. This position is also responsible for projects assigned by the supervisor and manager of accounts payable .
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
HS Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year of accounts payable (AP) experience required
SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
Hard Skills : Knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficient with using a 10-key for data entry, inventory, cash discount capture and P&L statements, AS400
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
