We are seeking experienced restaurant managers who can effectively manage restaurant operations, deliver high-quality products in a safe working environment, and provide exceptional customer service. If you have a proven track record of successful restaurant management, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring a safe and clean environment for customers and employees.
- Lead by example, taking initiative to address challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for employees.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards, consistently delivering a positive experience for guests.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of restaurant management experience.
- Proven ability to affect and decipher budgets and P&L statements.
- Experience supervising and training 5-10 employees.
- A valid driver's license.
- The ability to lift at least 50lbs on a regular basis.
- Intermediate PC skills, including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
