Restaurant Assistant Manager Role
We're seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading staff and managing processes to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through facilities and equipment maintenance, as well as adherence to proper food safety procedures
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting
- Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, and make changes to capitalize on opportunities
Requirements:
- 1 years of restaurant management experience
- 1 years of managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1 million
- 1 years of supervising and training 5-10 employees
- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
