Restaurant Assistant Manager
At Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead staff and manage processes to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through facilities and equipment maintenance.
- Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and reporting.
Requirements:
- 1 years of restaurant management experience.
- 1 years of managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1 million.
- Ability to work various shift times, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
