Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Are you a seasoned professional in restaurant management looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in Quick Service, Fast Food, or Full Service Restaurant management?
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Restaurant Manager to join our team at Love's. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for promoting sales growth, conducting training, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote sales growth and improve operational efficiency
- Conduct training and development programs for employees
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
- Maintain a clean and safe facility
- Deliver a quality product and exceed customer expectations
Requirements:
- 1 year of restaurant management experience
- 1 year of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1 million
- 1 year of experience affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
- 1 year of experience supervising and training 5-10 employees
- Proven track record of providing a quality product and maintaining a clean facility
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis
- Intermediate level PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
