Restaurant Assistant Manager
A key role exists for this position in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, by assisting in leading staff, managing processes and executing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe, clean, well-maintained facility through facilities maintenance along with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management and food preparation.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with task execution, schedule integrity, cash handling and daily, weekly, monthly reporting.
- Work with the team to prepare customer orders in a timely manner to maximize customer service expectations.
- Understand financial reporting including analyzing profit/loss statements and affecting change to capitalize on opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager in talent acquisition efforts.
Requirements:
- Ability to work various shift times, days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends and holidays.
- 1 years of restaurant management experience.
- 1 years managing operations with annual sales volume of $1 million .
- 1 years deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
- 1 years supervising and training 5-10 employees.
- Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Valid driver's license and ability to complete pre-employment background check and drug screening.
