Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Management: Understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting change to capture and capitalize on opportunities.
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager in the efforts of talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year of restaurant management experience, with a focus on managing operations and driving sales growth.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer satisfaction focus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Education: Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
