Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities and Equipment Maintenance: Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular maintenance and adherence to proper food safety procedures.
- Sales and Customer Satisfaction: Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
- Task Execution and Completion: Assist the Restaurant Manager with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the team to prepare and package customer orders in a timely manner to maximize customer service expectations and results.
- Financial Analysis: Understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting change to capture and capitalize on opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year of restaurant management experience, including managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1 million.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional customer service, positive rapport building, expert salesmanship, and strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Certifications: A valid driver's license and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
