Key Responsibilities:
- Safety and Maintenance: Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through facilities and equipment maintenance along with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
- Sales and Inventory Management: Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
- Leadership and Reporting: Assist the Restaurant Manager with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Customer Service: Work with the team to prepare and package customer orders in a timely manner to maximize customer service expectations and results.
- Financial Analysis: Understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting change to capture and capitalize on opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 years restaurant management experience, 1 years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1 million, 1 years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements, 1 years supervising and training 5-10 employees.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus, strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail, effective teamwork skills, ability to work various shift times to include days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays.
