About the Role
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager who can promote sales growth, conduct training, exhibit and coach outstanding customer service, maintain a clean and safe facility, deliver a quality product, and always do what's right for our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Promote sales growth through effective marketing and merchandising strategies
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure employees have the skills needed to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe facility by implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols
- Deliver a quality product by ensuring accurate order taking and preparation
- Lead by example and take initiative to resolve customer complaints and issues
Requirements:
- 1 year of restaurant management experience
- 1 year of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1 million
- 1 year of experience affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
- 1 year of experience supervising and training 5-10 employees
- Proven track record of providing a quality product and maintaining a clean facility
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis
- Intermediate level PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
