Restaurant Assistant Manager
We are seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations in the restaurant, including managing staff, implementing sales growth strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily managerial duties, including supervising, directing, and coordinating activities to better serve customers
- Ensure teams focus on the customer in everything they do, providing a quality product and maintaining a clean facility
- Affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements, with 1 year of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1 million
- Supervising and training 5-10 employees, with a proven track record of providing quality products and maintaining clean facilities
Requirements:
- 1 year of restaurant management experience
- 1 year of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1 million
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis
- Intermediate level PC skills, including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
