Assistant Manager - Retail
We are seeking a talented Assistant Manager to join our retail team. As an Assistant Manager at Love's, you will be empowered to take ownership of your location and manage all aspects of the store.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management. You will also have experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 Million, as well as supervising and training 5-10 employees.
Responsibilities
- Ensure sales growth through merchandise execution and deliver world-class service
- Train and develop team members to meet customer needs
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management and customer service
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork
