About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for promoting sales growth, conducting training, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote sales growth and maintain a clean and safe facility
- Conduct training and develop employees to provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a high sense of urgency and deliver a quality product
- Exhibit outstanding customer service and lead by example
- Affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
- Supervising and training 5-10 employees
Requirements
- 1 year of restaurant management experience
- 1 year of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1 million
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis
- Intermediate level PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
