Job Functions:
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Supervise and train employees to ensure excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
Physical Demands:
- Regular talking and hearing
- Active involvement requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing
- Frequent lifting/moving of items over 75 pounds
