As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation. You will assist the Restaurant Manager with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. You will also work with the team to prepare and package customer orders in a timely manner to maximize customer service expectations and results. Additionally, you will understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting change to capture and capitalize on opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least one year of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success. You should also have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results. Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel, are essential. A valid driver's license and the ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening are also required.
