Restaurant Assistant Manager - Support
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Assistant Manager - Support to join our team at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Work with the team to prepare and package customer orders in a timely manner.
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- 1 year of restaurant management experience.
- Ability to work various shift times, including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
