BASIC PURPOSE : The Associate Global Sourcing Manager will support the Global Sourcing Manager with the global sourcing teams’ initiatives. This includes product development, process creation and implementation, overseas supplier relations, and internal collaboration. This position will be responsible for fulfilling day to day processes as well as supporting merchandising initiatives and driving gross profit dollars by executing private label programs. Based in OKC, not a remote position.
MAJOR ROLES :
Product Development / Sourcing
- Learn to identify products that have potential to be directly sourced by Love’s
- Learn and develop specifications for products
- Understand and help develop product assortments, roadmap, competitive matrix, and pricing structure
