Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Your responsibilities will include leading staff, managing processes, and executing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular maintenance and adherence to food safety procedures.
You will drive sales of products and services by efficiently managing inventory, ordering stock, and preparing food. Additionally, you will assist the Restaurant Manager with tasks such as scheduling, cash handling, and daily reporting.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and experience in restaurant management.
Requirements:
- 1 year of restaurant management experience
- 1 year of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1 million
- 1 year of supervising and training 5-10 employees
- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
