Job Summary
This role involves working as a Cashier in a fast-paced environment. As a cashier, you will provide fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers, and maintain clean places while having friendly faces.
You will be responsible for:
- General customer service duties including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
- Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
- Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
- Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
- Additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- The ability to move and lift 25 pounds.
- The ability to work in various temperatures.
- Flexibility and teamwork skills.
