**Job Summary**
We are seeking a part-time retail assistant to join our team. As a cashier team member, you will provide fast, friendly, and accurate services to our customers, performing various duties depending on business needs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and demonstrate a positive attitude. No experience? No problem. We will teach you.
**Responsibilities**
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing general customer service, including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
- Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
- Maintaining proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products using a variety of methods and technology.
- Cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
