Job Description
The Assistant Manager role is responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver world-class service and drive sales growth through effective merchandise execution and promotions.
This involves managing all aspects of the store, including the restaurant and food service areas, where applicable. As a manager at Loves, you will have the opportunity to develop leadership and management skills through our comprehensive training programs.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 2 years of retail, travel stop, or c-store management experience
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
