Job Description
We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team! As a part of our sales floor team, you'll provide fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers. Your responsibilities will include general customer service duties, such as helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs. You'll also be responsible for balancing a cash register, offering additional sales opportunities to customers, and maintaining clean and welcoming spaces.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess basic math skills. Ability to move, lift 25 pounds, and work in various temperatures is also required. No experience? No problem! We'll teach you the skills you need to excel in this position.
