The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Cashier/Point of Sale Team Member to join our team. As a cashier, you will provide fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers. You may perform various duties depending on business needs so flexibility and teamwork skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- General customer service duties including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
- Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
- Ensuring proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products using various methods and technology.
- Cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Ability to move, lift 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
