We are seeking an experienced supervisor to join our team as a Customer Service Center Supervisor at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our high-volume retail center.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and train team members to provide exceptional customer service
- Manage daily operations to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained location
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
- 2 years in retail, restaurant, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
