Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Cashier Part Time. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their shopping experience is positive and enjoyable.
About the Role
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and teamwork skills are essential. You will be responsible for:
- Providing general customer service duties including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
- Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
- Ensuring proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products using various methods and technology.
- Cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
