**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide general customer service duties, including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
- Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
- Use various methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
- Be responsible for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
- Perform cross-training in other departments as needed, such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
